FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

I’m ready for my project, now what?

  • Attached is our Client Questionnaire. This takes on average 3 minutes to complete and helps us to get a more comprehensive understanding of your unique wants and needs.

Why is a walk through so important and highly recommended?

  • Walkthroughs are the most efficient way to get an accurate timeline and price quote for your project. These services often have several hidden layers and complexities that are difficult to effectively assess via a generalized questionnaire or photos. Detecting any potential barriers, challenges, or expenses upfront helps us to take a preventative rather than reactionary approach. Setting aside 10 quick minutes for a walk through at the start of your project can later save you valuable time, money, and labor in the long run.

I have a tight budget, will I have to sacrifice quality?

  • We are constantly seeking further education and expanding our knowledge on the newest and most effective materials, tools, and overall tips of the trade. Because of this, we can make the most effective use of a tight budget without having to sacrifice the quality of your project.

I don’t really know where to start…

  • No problem! We’re here to assist you in bringing your ideas to life. We pride ourselves in developing strong customer relations and keep your satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do. Scheduling a phone consultation or quick walk-through can help us to best support and guide you through the development of any project.

The project has started but I’ve changed my mind or want to add something outside of the first work order?

  • This is your home and it’s completely understandable to want everything to be to your exact liking. These projects are a huge commitment and changes are normal. We strive to be as flexible as possible and always provide our customers with the ability to submit change orders to add or adjust details of the project.

What exactly is a change order?

  • A change order is any change outside of the original work order/quote. This can be caused by an unknown variable arising once the work begins, or sometimes you simply change your mind and would like to add or change aspects of the project. We are committed to maintain quick communication and transparency during change orders as these typically change the original timeline and price quote.

Do I need to be home?

  • No! We understand that we’re in your home and as a family-owned company, you can trust us to give your home the same attention and respect we give ours. It’s not easy to trust strangers with something as valuable as your home so we are diligent in providing frequent updates regarding the progress of the project.
